29 CFR 1928.51(b)(2)(i)(B): Where ROPS were required by this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee tightened the seatbelt sufficiently to confine the employee to the protected area provided by the ROPS: On or about September 7, 2018, and at times prior thereto, at the establishment, where the employer did not ensure each employee operating the 2018 CASE IH Magnum 280 (farm tractor) donned a seat belt.
