29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) This violation was discovered on November 20, 2018, where employees machine operators who cleared jams and performed service on equipment and/or machinery were not provided procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.
