29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds are erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, came closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). 157 Congress Street - The ladder jack scaffolding platform was less than three feet away from the exposed power lines and the lines were not deenergized or protected. The employer fails to assure effective protections against electrical hazards as required by the standard, as demonstrated on December 13, 2018, when employees were utilizing a scaffolding erected within approximately six inches from the residences electrical service
