29 CFR 1910.23(c)(2): Each stepladder or combination ladder used in a stepladder mode is equipped with a metal spreader or locking device that securely holds the front and back sections in an open position while the ladder is in use; a. Located at 4881 Sinclair Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43229: On or about January 14, 2019, where an employee used a step ladder to gain access to the top of the miter machine, the ladder was leaned against the miter machine and in the closed position, thereby exposing employees to fall hazard.
