29 CFR 1910.151(a): Medical personnel were not readily available for advice and consultation on matters of plant health. On or about March 6, 2019 at Polar Service Centers Port Allen location the employer failed to ensure that a medical plan was in place. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of not receiving medical treatment in a timely manner.
