29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following: Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the site noted above, the employer did not ensure that its employees were protected from falling greater than 4 feet to the concrete floor below at the following locations: - Within the Warehouse near the elevator - Above the Pill Room - Near the HVAC systems outside of pods 8 and 11 also known as 8 and 8b - Near the new wooden catwalk over and in between the flowering rooms
