29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about April 11, 2019, in the stockroom, employees were exposed to struck-by, trip, and fall hazards where boxed merchandise being stored was piled to and in excess of 7 feet high and was not arranged in a stable manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees in the route to an emergency exit. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269761, citation number 1, item number 2A and was affirmed as a final order on 09/07/2018, with respect to a workplace located at1155 S Havana Street, Unit 23, Aurora, CO 80012 .
