OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the cut-off saw became pinched or bound while cutting: (a) On or about April 9, 2019 - Garner Road, Hartselle, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when using a STIHL TS 420 Cut-Off Machine (saw) to cut pipe, on the ground, with the upper quadrant of the wheel.
