29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to employees standing in front of benches or other fixed objects. On or about 26 April 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees worked within Conex shipping containers and box trailers to guide a rough-terrain forklift inside to remove pallets of materials, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by the forklift.
