29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved containers and/or portable tanks were not used for the storage of flammable liquids: a) Ethanol Plant, Ethanol Pump/Loading Area - On or about July 24, 2019, gasoline, a Category 1 flammable liquid, was stored in a 275-gallon high density polyethylene intermediate bulk container that was not approved for gasoline storage, thus exposing employees to flash fire hazards.
