29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer does not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) The employer fails to ensure effective fall protection training is conducted as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about August 20, 2019, at 901 Gallipoli Court, Lot 27 West Richland, Auburn, Alabama, when when employees performing framing activities from the top of framed walls, without being trained on the hazards associated with falls, are exposed to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
