29 CFR 1926.250(b)(1): Material stored inside buildings under construction shall not be placed within 6 feet of any hoistway or inside floor openings, nor within 10 feet of an exterior wall which does not extend above the top of the material stored. On or about: 8/27/2019 Location: 3rd floor level a) Bricks and CMU blocks were placed near deck floor openings and the exterior walls were not extended above the stored stacked blocks and bricks exposing employees working below to struck-by hazards.
