29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of the scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. a) On or about September 11, 2019, at the northeast side of the construction site, employees utilized a scaffolding approximately 15-feet above the ground that was not fully planked or decked while performing masonry work.
