29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. On or about November 5, 2019 on the job site located at 12519 Preservation Way, Pickerington, OH 43147, the employer did not ensure that employees had been adequately trained on recognizing fall hazards, selecting acceptable fall protection systems, inspection and the safe use of fall protection systems and the fall protection standards contained 1926 Subpart M.
