29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a) T97 Fine Opener- On or about November 19, 2019 the employer did not ensure procedures specific to each machine were developed, documented and utilized for the control of energy sources of equipment such as but not limited to the kinetic energy of the picker roller and the spring tension between the feed rollers. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when performing service and maintenance work to the machine.
