29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: Location: Bag Section Packers were exposed to caught in between hazards while working and performing tasks around the bag machine to include measuring the plastic roll at the rear of bag machine where training was not provided to ensure that each affected employee could recognize the hazards associated with an unexpected energization of the machine as well as the policies and procedures for controlling such hazardous energy.
