29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of a workroom was not maintained in a clean condition: a) Saw Area, 500 Independence Way, Coatesville, Pennsylvania - The employer did not maintain the floors of the Saw Area as clean as possible of combustible dust (wood dust). Levels of dust accumulation observed in and on the equipment, with a larger accumulation of approximately four (4) feet in depth directly behind the Saw #1, a multi-saw system. Observed on or about 21 FEB 2020 and 26 FEB 2020.
