29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about 02/27/2020 - 8202 Nantucket Circle, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees were utilizing a flexible cord connected to 120 VAC providing power to a DeWalt chop saw that was not equipped with a ground pin. The cord had exposed electrical wires.
