OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards. On or about March 3, 2020 and times prior thereto in the Prep Hanger at Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport, employees performing work on the tail of an airplane from a Z-series boom lift platform at elevated heights were exposed to fall hazards.
