29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on an incline did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set: a) AM/NS Calvert front parking lot: On or about April 16, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards when the employer failed to require employees to set the parking brake and/or chock/block the wheels of heavy duty equipment, such as but not limited to, the front-end loader, low-boy trailer, and truck to prevent unintended movement while employees worked on or around equipment. AMMONS & BLACKMON CONSTRUCTION, LLC, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.600(A)(3), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN THE OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1419076, CITATION 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED ON FINAL ORDER DATE JANUARY 15, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7131 ROCKY ROAD LOOP, GULF SHORES, AL 36542.
