29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not provide respirator users with information contained in Appendix D to this section when the employer determined that respirator use was permissible: a) Baptist Health Center South (Environmental Services/Housekeeping): On May 11, 2020 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to potential respiratory hazards in that employees were allowed to wear a respirator without first providing the information contained in Appendix D.
