29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces. a) Saw mill production areas; On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer failed to enforce a housekeeping program as to not allow the accumulation of garbage, wood debris, and electrical wiring exposing the employees to slip/trip hazards. b) Planer Mill; On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer allowed employees to work in areas with combustible dust that had accumulated on machines and in and around open electrical panels with exposed electrical circuits exposing the employees to fire hazards.
