29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about 10/24/2021 - Flash Battery Plant, Mercedes Benz, 625 Scott G. Davis Parkway, Woodstock, AL 35188, Penthouse #2, at Panel MBP-DP2-E18, an employee troubleshooting in a live panel was exposed to 480 volt electrical hazards because he was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing and grounding the circuit or by guarding it effectively.
