29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location: 451 American Legion Hwy, Boston MA 02118 Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with the release of the unexpected energization or start up of the machine while conducting repairs on the Backers 3-TAL Powerscreen Machine where procedures were not utilized to prevent the accidental activation of the machine.
