29 CFR 1910.176(a):Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: On or about December 8, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that permanent aisles and passageways in the facility were appropriately marked. Pedestrians travelled and worked in areas of high traffic of powered industrial vehicles. No markings were visible identifying the aisles or pedestrian walk through areas.
