29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a) At 845 Main Street, Chipley, Florida; On or about January 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer allowed employees to operate chainsaws while performing demolition activities and the employees were not provided with leg chaps, exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
