29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee used the equipment: a) On or about 01/19/2021 in the specialty shop; where employees were using a 10 foot rolling ladder manufactured by Ballymore Company Inc., the employer had not provided training prior to employees use of the rolling ladder.
