29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Building Exterior front: The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled air compressor was use on site to power nail guns, Extra gasoline to fuel the compressor was stored in plastic 5 gallon gas cans on the site, on or about 1/28/21.
