29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13):Employees were carrying an object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder. a) Staples the Office Superstore, LLC dba Staples: On or about March 26, 2021, an employee descending a Werner P7400 series, model P7403 A-Frame ladder, while retrieving a box of office chair, weighing approximately 45 pounds, from the shelving unit, fell sustaining serious injury.
