Location: Hope St. & Havemeyer St. a) The employer did not implement safe work practices for workers engaged in residential solid waste collection, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. On 4/10/2021, a waste collection employee was struck by a motor vehicle while assisting the collection truck driver by attempting to direct traffic as the truck was backing up into an active intersection."
