29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffold and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each workshift and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: On or about April 16, 2021, the employer did not ensure a scaffold and it components were inspected by a competent person prior to allowing to access and work from the scaffold, exposing employees to fall hazards.
