29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40 feet from the lower roof elevation of the Field House to the ground below as they were finishing the top of the parapet wall with no fall restraint nor fall protection on. Violation was observed on or about April 27, 2021
