29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): On or about June 3, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees were prohibited from placing arms, legs and any other body parts outside the running lines of the fork truck through training. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
