29 CFR 1926.952(c)(2):Additional job briefings were not held when significant changes affecting employee safety were encountered during the course of work. On or about June 21, 2021, employees engaged in power distribution construction at site Wild Rye #2 near Big Spring, TX, were exposed to electrocution hazards as the employer failed to hold a second job briefing when the existent power pole involved in the hot crossing operations was determined unable to hold the weight of insulating material.
