29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At building 308, throughout the facilities, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and shock hazards, in that the employer did not document and utilized procedures for the control of hazardous energy for employees who performed work on the blowers and sewing machines. b) At building 610, throughout the facilities, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and shock hazards, in that the employer did not document and utilized procedures for the control of hazardous energy for employees who performed work on the blowers and sewing machines. c) At the overflow building located on Space Place, throughout the facilities, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and shock hazards, in that the employer did not document and utilized procedures for the control of hazardous energy for employees who performed work on the blowers and sewing machines.
