29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided: Workplace, 92 N. Main Street, Wharton, NJ The walking and working surfaces in the Production Area and in the Blend Room are not maintained in a dry condition. The employer does not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is maintained and areas are kept dry: a) On 11-23-21 temporary employees under the supervision of Refresco managers were exposed to water on the walking and working surface near and around Label Machine 5 b) On 12-1-21 temporary employees under the supervision of Refresco managers were exposed to water on the walking and working surface near and around Bottling Line 4. c) On 3-31-22 temporary employees under the supervision of Refresco managers and permanent Refresco employees were exposed to water on the walking and working surface near and around Production Lines 1 and 2. d) On 3-31-22 permanent Refresco employees were exposed to water on the walking and working surface near and around the Blend Room. Violation occurred November 23, 2021, December 2021 to April 1, 2022
