29 CFR 1910.410(a)(1): Each dive team member did not have the experience or training necessary to perform assigned tasks in a safe and healthful manner: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure employees had the experience and training required to use tools, equipment systems and techniques to perform their assigned tasks, while performing underwater diving operations.
