29 CFR 1926.950(b)(1)(i): Each employee shall be trained in, and familiar with, the safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this subpart that pertain to his or her job assignments. a) On or about January 7, 2022, at a worksite located at 1470 N. State Highway 78, Farmersville, TX; where employees working near energized power lines, were not trained in, and familiar with, the safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this section that pertain to his or her job assignments, exposing employees to electrocution, electrical shock, and burns.
