29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Location - 43 Bedford St. Burlington, MA On or about 1/27/2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from being struck in the head from falling tools, equipment solar panel parts while working on the ground and from ladders below the workers installing the solar panel system on the roof. The Vivint Solar, Inc. dba Sunrun Solar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1543185, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 29 S Bedford St. Woburn, MA 01801.
