29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about 1/19/2022 at a worksite located at 12609 South Stonebrook Circle, Davie, FL 33330, the employer did not provide effective training to employees in the use of fall protection and recognition of fall hazards while engaged in roofing activities of a two-story residence with a roof pitch of 5:12, therefore, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
