29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(i): The employer did not ensure that when work was performed less than 6 feet (1.6 m) from the roof edge, each employee was protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about July 7, 2022, and times prior thereto, where employees worked without fall protection near the edge of a roof exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately twelve (12) feet to the ground below.
