29 CFR 1926.106(c):Ring buoys with at least 90 feet of line shall be provided and readily available for emergency rescue operations. Distance between ring buoys shall not exceed 200 feet. On or about October 1, 2022, and at times prior thereto, at Kiewit Offshore Services, P3 rig, employees were erecting scaffolding. No ring buoy was provided for employees working 65 feet above water approximately 15 feet in depth.
