29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Micro-biology Department - On or about October 7, 2022, employees were exposed to a tripping hazard from a protruding drain line going through a PVC pipe that was laying on the floor between micro-biology and the operator station.
