29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about February 10, 2023, at 10392 Harrier Street, Plantation, Florida 33324, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while riding on the back of a garbage truck and standing on a riding step that was corroded and had an opening of approximately 8 inches by 3 inches.
