29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) Central Plant Space: On or around 2/16/23, employees were exposed to diphenylmethane diisocyanate vapors while assigned to work in close proximity to a construction project without adequate respiratory personal protective equipment. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
