29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The workplace was not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Hothead Grabba- 103-27 99th Street, Ozone Park, NY 11417 a) Warehouse: Employees are exposed to fire hazards from the accumulation of combustible dust around the surface of tobacco drying equipment and room area, including portable heaters, racks, and vertical areas. The employer did not implement a housekeeping policy, allowing tobacco dust to accumulate; on or about 5/2/2024. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
