29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. (a) Shop Area: Sawdust piles of up to 6 inches deep were observed around the base of the Shop Fox 17" and 21" bandsaws, used to manufacture wooden wedges and saw dust was up to 4 feet deep piled along the side of the maintenance shop, as observed on March 5, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
