29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 1154 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008. Employee was working at ground level doing cleanup work below rip and tear work above with no head protection in place exposing him to head injuries from falling debris and tools. Condition occurred on or about 06/03/14.
