Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer does not furnish employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the reset buttons for perimeter guarding are located in such a manner that they can be reset from within the hazardous area: (a) Machine number WS121, Schelling panel saw; reset buttons for production machinery can be reset from within the perimeter guarded area; (b) Machine number WS127, Schelling panel saw; reset buttons for production machinery can be reset from within the perimeter guarded area; (c) Machine number WS129, Schelling panel saw; reset buttons for production machinery can be reset from within the perimeter guarded area; (d) Machine number 2F372, SE7400 edge bander; reset buttons for production machinery can be reset from within the perimeter guarded area; and (e) Machine number WB510, Accu-Systems drill & dowel; reset buttons for production machinery can be reset from within the perimeter guarded area.
