29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Dollar General Store # 7057 located at 7118 Hwy 278 in Covington, Georgia - On or about August 28, 2014, an exit route in the store room was blocked. A shopping cart and a cart used to transport broken down cardboard boxes impeded movement through the exit. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 907752, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1523 E Main Street in El Dorado, Arkansas. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 892646, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 921 East Douglas Street in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
